Community Management Professionals was founded in 2013 by Richard Perry, based on his personal experience as a Board Member and President of his homeowners association, as well as his experience as a portfolio manager with two management firms. Based on those needs, he formed Community Management Professionals in 2013.

Known Management Fees
Community Management Professionals fees are flat monthly amounts. Community Management Professionals does not have hidden administrative costs added to the monthly fee. No “office supplies”, “office costs”, “storage of association’s documents”, fax, telephone, invoices, checks or postage markups like other management firms. NO hidden costs.
Monthly Community Inspections
Standard…Simply put, anything less is substandard and does not provide the oversight necessary to proactively manage the maintenance and community enforcement policies. Community Management Professionals utilizes state of the art software loaded on tablets and smartphones for up-date information on each of their managed properties.
Board, Officer, and Volunteer Education
