Community Management Professionals was founded in 2013 by Richard Perry, based on his personal experience as a Board Member and President of his homeowners association, as well as his experience as a portfolio manager with two management firms. Based on those needs, he formed Community Management Professionals in 2013. Richard is certified as both an CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist).
